Remember, everyone has to start somewhere and rarely does anyone start on top.  The more you work out and eat healthy foods, the more you will feel good about yourself.  A picture of someone with a body you really would love to have on the refrigerator, can be enough motivation to lose weight and to not reach in the refrigerator for a piece of cake.  Do you keep beating yourself up for not following through.  This creates a scenario where your body is constantly working, so you're burning a small amount of calories, even when you're not doing much.
